Please read these terms carefully before booking with GenZ Travel.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by GenZ Travel.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation email along with your order reference number.
  • Bookings not paid within 72 hours of confirmation may be automatically cancelled.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all passenger details provided are accurate and match official identification documents.
  • GenZ Travel reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.

3. Payments

  • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the package selected.
  • Full payment is required no later than the date specified in your booking confirmation.
  • GenZ Travel accepts payments via bank transfer, debit/credit card, and other approved payment methods.
  • All prices quoted are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments made by credit card may be subject to a processing fee.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is fully confirmed and paid.
  • GenZ Travel reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after a booking has been confirmed. In such cases, you will be offered the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.
  • Prices include only those services explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.
  • Prices may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier changes.

5. Cancellations & Amendments

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to reservation@genztravel.co.uk or via Call Us at +44 7446 230241.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made and the policies of our airline and accommodation partners.
  • Amendments to existing bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • GenZ Travel reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or events beyond our control.
  • In the event GenZ Travel cancels your booking, a full refund will be provided within 14 days.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with the policies of our airline and accommodation partners.
  • Refund timelines may vary between 10 to 15 business days and in complex cases may take longer.
  • Refund processing fees may apply.
  • GenZ Travel will not be held responsible for delays in refunds caused by third-party providers.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

7. ATOL Protection

GenZ Travel holds an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays we sell are financially protected by the ATOL scheme.

7.1 Your ATOL Certificate

  • When you purchase an ATOL-protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday, you will receive an ATOL Certificate.
  • Please keep this certificate safe as it is evidence of the financial protection that applies to your booking.
  • The ATOL Certificate will clearly state what is and what is not financially protected under the ATOL scheme.

7.2 ATOL Protection Coverage

  • If GenZ Travel or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate fail, an alternative will be provided where possible, or a refund of the money you have paid where alternatives are unavailable.

8. Package Travel Regulations 2018

GenZ Travel fully complies with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Where we sell you a package holiday, you are entitled to the following key rights:

8.1 Pre-Journey Rights

  • Clear and accurate information about the package before booking.
  • A copy of your package travel contract prior to departure.
  • Emergency contact details for use during your holiday.
  • Notification of any significant changes to your package at least 20 days before departure where possible.

8.2 During Your Holiday

  • If a significant portion of your holiday cannot be provided, suitable alternatives must be offered at no extra cost.
  • If we are unable to resolve problems during your holiday, you may be entitled to a price reduction or compensation.
  • Emergency assistance will be provided if you are in difficulty.

8.3 Right to Transfer

  • You may transfer your package holiday booking to another person, provided reasonable notice is given and any additional costs are covered by you.

8.4 Right to Cancel Before Departure

  • You have the right to cancel your package holiday before departure without paying a cancellation fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances significantly affect the performance of the package or carriage of passengers to your destination.
  • In such cases, a full refund will be provided without penalty.

8.5 Price Revision

  • We may only revise the price of your package holiday in limited circumstances as permitted under the regulations.
  • You will be notified of any price increase no later than 20 days before departure.
  • If the price increase exceeds 8% of the total package price, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

8.6 Insolvency Protection

  • GenZ Travel provides insolvency protection for all package holidays sold, ensuring your payments are protected in the event of our insolvency.

9. Travel Documents & Visas

  • It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure they hold valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation.
  • GenZ Travel can provide general guidance on visa requirements but accepts no liability for denied entry or travel disruptions due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
  • Passport validity requirements vary by destination. Please check with the relevant embassy or consulate before travelling.
  • Some destinations may require specific vaccinations or health documentation. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance.

10. Travel Insurance

  • GenZ Travel strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
  • Travel insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
  • GenZ Travel accepts no liability for costs incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance.

11. Liability

  • GenZ Travel acts as an agent on behalf of airlines, hotels, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment caused by third-party providers.
  • Our liability is limited to the total value of the booking made through GenZ Travel.
  • We are not responsible for events beyond our control including but not limited to flight delays, weather disruptions, or changes in government travel advisories.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Special Requests & Medical Conditions

  • If you have any special requests (dietary requirements, accessibility needs, seating preferences), please inform us at the time of booking.
  • Whilst we will endeavour to pass these requests to the relevant suppliers, they cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you have any medical conditions that may affect your travel, please notify us before booking so we can advise accordingly.

13. Complaints

  • If you experience any issues during your holiday, please notify our team immediately via Call Us at +44 7446 230241 or email reservation@genztravel.co.uk so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
  • Complaints submitted after returning from travel must be made in writing within 28 days of your return date.
  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days.

14. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your complaint, you may refer your dispute to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. GenZ Travel is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and efficiently.

15. Data Protection

GenZ Travel processes your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.

16. Website Use

  • The content on the GenZ Travel website is for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice.
  • Unauthorised use of our website content, images, or branding is strictly prohibited.
  • GenZ Travel is not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from our website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18. Changes to These Terms

GenZ Travel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
